In January 2025, Alecta Fastigheter became the first property owner in Sweden to offer virtual nature walks to its tenants, with a Nature Station installed at World Trade Center Stockholm (WTC). Now, weeks after the launch, it is clear that the initiative has been met with great interest and has quickly become a valued part of office life.
From the launch on January 23rd to February 17th, the meeting room for virtual forest walks has been booked over 80 times, with additional users experiencing the service during unbooked hours.

We have followed recent research, which increasingly highlights the importance of integrating nature’s benefits into office environments.
